Refund, Exchange & Returns

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

1. The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
2. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
3. Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged
4. Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 10 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
5. The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
6. Products bought during sale are non-refundable
7. Pre-draped sarees cannot be exchanged nor returned.
8. Items purchased at our retail stores are eligible for returns/exchanges only at the stores. Similarly, items purchased online can only be returned/exchanged online.
9. The credit note issued, will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
10. Mittosae gift box is non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.


Domestic Orders: 

Cancellation Policy
Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. 

Return Policy 
1. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at Shopmittisae@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.  
2. Shipping and COD charges are non refundable
3. Raise your return request within 10 days of receiving the shipment through ( website link for request )
4. If you receive a damaged/incorrect/incomplete order, do contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, by mailing us at Shopmittisae@gmail.com with your Order ID, and an image/video of the defect/item. We will either ship a replacement for the item or provide a refund for the product, once the pickup is done. 
5. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped
6. If  you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
7. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.

Exchange Policy: 
1. Raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product through - (website link for request). You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted. A Credit Note will be issued for the product price within 3-4 days once the product is picked up.
2. Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below – * Order Number and the Name used while placing the order  *  Shipping Address : B2302,Marina Enclave,Jan Kalyan nagar, Behind billabong school, Malad West, Mumbai 400095
3. Please make sure that the original product tag and the packing is intact when the product is picked up.
4. No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 10 days of receiving the shipment. Incase of  exceptional cases please write to us at returns@suta.in
5. You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment.
6. Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
7. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customised for you.
8. Credit Note once issued cannot be en-cashed.
9. Products bought during sale are non-refundable.
